Bitara is an advanced prediction market trading ecosystem providing professional execution, managed automation, and deep liquidity analysis. The platform provides:
— Professional trading desk with real-time Polymarket order book integration
— Managed high-frequency automation bots (Arbitrage, AI Signals, Copy Trading)
— Institutional-grade risk management engines and position sizing tools
— Leveraged exposure modeling and execution rails
— Proprietary market discovery and sentiment analysis data
Bitara operates as a non-custodial execution layer. Users maintain control of their funds via decentralized wallets and smart account delegation (EIP-7702). While Bitara provides the infrastructure for automation and execution, users are solely responsible for the configuration and activation of all trading strategies.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By using Bitara, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms, and that your use of this platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region.
Residents of jurisdictions where prediction market trading, leveraged trading, or related activities are prohibited are not permitted to use this platform. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your use.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use this platform to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system or its data sources; scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data in ways that impose unreasonable load; distribute malware or engage in any activity that could damage or impair the platform; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to reverse-engineer any aspect of the platform's operation.
5. Intellectual Property
The Bitara platform, including its proprietary execution engine, automated strategies, branding, and original content, is the intellectual property of Bitara and its contributors. Market data displayed on the platform is sourced from public liquidity layers and remains subject to its respective origin terms.
You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or distribute Bitara's proprietary algorithms or content without express written authorization.
6. No Financial Advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All data, tools, and interfaces are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make based on information displayed on this platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies. Market data is sourced from third-party APIs and may contain delays, gaps, or errors that are outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bitara and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from trading decisions made based on data displayed on the platform, liquidations, or platform downtime.

This platform interfaces with Polymarket's public API. Your use of Polymarket's platform is governed by Polymarket's own Terms of Service. Bitara has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or responsibility for Polymarket's platform, policies, or operations.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
